Our website is fully encrypted. Payments and transactions are fully secure from donator to funeral home using Secure Socket Layer encryption. Your billing information will not be disclosed to anyone, including third-party financial agents, without your full consent.

 

Donating to an Event:

You agree that all Donations associated with the Fundraising Event that you make on the Site through the payment processor are made voluntarily by you. Social Funeral Fundraising attempts to ensure the accuracy of Events by having all net Donations go directly to its Funeral Home Partners business bank account instead of the Family/Funeral Fund Organizer. Donations are made through a third party payment processor, and Social Funeral Fundraising cannot refund Donations made to a Funeral Home for an Event. However, we will assist in any way and we can put you in touch with the third party payment processor in order for you to request a refund. Refunds given by the third party payment processor are at the sole discretion of the payment processor and in accordance with their terms of service.
